Excellent cutting and chemical cape
"I ordered 3 of these in assorted colors and they're the best capes I've used in 30+ years in the salon industry. They don't stain and they wash and dry well. They hold up to chemical services and while not completely waterproof, they are the best I've found that are still in a breathable fabric. The neck has metal snaps which adapt from small to very large necks. I just ordered 3 more in different colors."
